Improv Curve Piecing - sewing machine required, sewing experience highly recommended. Students bring cutting mat and rotary cutter, as well as scissors, sewing machine in good working order, neutral thread, quilting needle 90/14. We will need Irons for this workshop.

My favorite shapes to sew are curves! This improv, freestyle curve piecing workshop does not demand perfection; in fact it is the most relaxing way to sew curves. We have no templates or pattern to follow. Anyone can do it by using a rotary cutter, a few layers of fabrics and a cutting mat. I hope you will join me, as we discover color palettes and beautiful combinations of designs by using solids and prints. The result will be a magical world of unexpected curves with dynamic movement and whimsy. Let’s create improv curves with flair and your unique perspective and experiences.
