Improv Curve Piecing
- sewing machine required, sewing experience highly recommended. Students bring cutting mat and rotary cutter, as well as scissors, sewing machine in good working order, neutral thread, quilting needle 90/14. We will need Irons for this workshop.

My favorite shapes to sew are curves! This improv, freestyle curve piecing workshop does not demand perfection; in fact it is the most relaxing way to sew curves. We have no templates or pattern to follow. Anyone can do it by using a rotary cutter, a few layers of fabrics and a cutting mat. I hope you will join me, as we discover color palettes and beautiful combinations of designs by using solids and prints. The result will be a magical world of unexpected curves with dynamic movement and whimsy. Let’s create improv curves with flair and your unique perspective and experiences. Complete freedom to create and explore are the cornerstones of this workshop.
